Enjoyed the commentary but I am surprised that paleo-folk should omit the obvious observation that, if the colonists eat sauropod meat, it should taste like chicken. (Or maybe ostrich.) I know they aren’t at that point yet, but…. nutritive value-wise, they should come up with a trap or two to haul in some young struthioformes.
